I lived in Mexico for 8 years and one thing I found was many Gringos had a problem with Roundabouts. I found them to be very efficient most of the time. (Once saturated, they bring cops out to direct the flow.)
In Spanish they are called Glorietas and I found diagrams like to be useful.
